How Move Day Goes
Before the date, we lock in your elevator reservation and get any required certificate of insurance to the building. On move day the crew arrives staged and ready, protects the lobby and corridor, and works the load to fit the window, whether that’s a high-rise off I-264 in Pembroke or a third-floor walk-up in Ghent. For a condo with an HOA, we follow the posted move-in hours so nobody gets a noise complaint.
What’s Not Included
- Reserving the freight elevator with management is yours to book, though we’ll tell you how long to request
- HOA or building move-in fees charged by the property
- Parking permits where a city loading zone requires one

Most apartment jobs use our 2-mover crew at $129/hr; for a hard elevator deadline or a four-floor walk-up, the 3-mover crew at $179/hr finishes inside the window. Flat rate locked in writing before we load.
